Athletes, parents, and coaches today often seek information about proper training, nutrition, injury rehabilitation, or injury prevention. SEEK NO MORE! Our athletic enhancement program can fill your needs. We base our program on proven science of medicine, anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics. Current Training Schedule General Speed & Power Training Days and Times TBD based on group size - strength, agility, power at FWPT and ASH Centre Individual, team, or specific group training by appointment. Fees: $10 per session
Golf Fitness Program This program combines the use of video motion analysis and individual instruction. The assessment includes: · Physical exam for flexibility, strength, balance, and general health. · Movement exam using digital video analysis of the swing to determine how the physical limitations effect the swing. · Program for correction includes focused stretching, strengthening or other drills. · Corrections can be done at home or with return sessions with the clinician. · Foursome group sessions are available.
